Matthew 6:19-21 Myths About Treasure 1. When I have more stuff like them, I’ll be happy. Key Verse: Those who love money will never have enough. How meaningless to think that wealth brings true happiness! Ecclesiastes 5:10 2. When I have more stuff like them, I’ll be important. Key Verse: The more you have, the more people come to help you spend it. So what good is wealth—except perhaps to watch it slip through your fingers! Ecclesiastes 5:11 3. When I have more stuff like them, I’ll be more secure. Key Verse: People who work hard sleep well, whether they eat little or much. But the rich seldom get a good night’s sleep.
