4640 Student Center Liability Form
4640 Student Center is a great place for youth to connect with God and other students from around the valley. 4640 offers awesome worship services, as well as spiritually fulfilling messages that have a lasting impact. We have tailored 4640 specifically for grades 6-12.
To participate in the 4640 attractions like the Spider Jump and the Nintendo Switch Game Area, students need to have a liability form filled out by a parent or guardian and turned in to our Welcome Desk.
Our mind-blowing services stick students right into the discussion over relevant and thought-provoking questions such as "What’s the meaning of life?", “Does God exist?”, and “What does God have to do with me?" We'll push the envelope, refusing to give cheap plastic answers, but instead, we’ll give the real raw life answers you need and deserve. We will help you quickly understand how Christianity really CAN be relevant in a modern society of tech-savvy teenagers.
Before and after services, 4640 offers these unique features, including Bungee Trampolines, Sports Court, Nintendo Switch Game Area, and Food Court.
The 4640 entrance is located on the East side of the Fellowship Church building.
